We know that aside from SEND needs, behaviour is probably the biggest factor that impacts on learning in the classrooms.

As a school you probably have systems and platforms set up to track and monitor this.

You are probably using SIMS, PARS, Talaxy or others. So, you know what the behaviours are. 

But do you know what is underneath the behaviour and/or what the child is communicating though his/her actions?

Do you have a system that can help you identifying the motivation of the actions of the children?

Our EMotions diary was created for that exact purpose; to give children a place to record their feelings and for staff to be able to and respond accordingly.
